Even though requests for information and data sources are wide-ranging, customers can obtain the information they need from a single customer service centre. Tike's information service provides answers to requests related to agricultural statistics and administrative records and registers. Additionally, the information service also attends to questions related to Tike's publications and documents.

Minor information services are provided free of charge, while others are subject to a fee. The prices of the information services are specified in Tike's price list. In certain cases, information can only be disclosed against a specific permit. See section Ordering information to learn more about the access to information and data content of registers.
